Exchanges

please note that all our items are hand made to order. if the sizing is not quite right, please get in touch by emailing hello@phoebethompsonjewellery.com as we may in certain circumstances be able to exchange your item depending on what we have in stock. 

This policy does not apply to any of our earrings for hygiene reasons.
