All pieces purchased online from Phoebe Thompson are hand made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Domestic

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For

All of our UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Service, which aims to deliver next day and will require a signature upon delivery.  This service is £4.50 plus £1 for each additional item.

International

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

All of our orders to the eu are shipped using royal mail international tracked and signed. this service aims to deliver within 3-5 working days and is £13 plus £1 for each additional item.

**Please NOTE Orders to the EU may be subject to additional delays once shipped due to the implementation of new customs procedures, certain items may be subject to additional import taxes and duties, we are working to figure out more specifics on this once available so we can keep you informed before the order is shipped. **

for the rest of the world the service aims to deliver within 5-7 working days and is £15 plus £1 for each additional item.

Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes.
